The prices of DIY subscriptions do not include the configuration of your new store by one of our experts.
DIY: We provide you with step-by-step instructions and videos to set up your store initially and a technical support center for you to configure according to your needs and style.

- It is possible to transfer the e-shop or the website to an individual server with access codes to it with your own responsibility for its maintenance, or take over the maintenance by us at the corresponding cost after consultation.
- We undertake the monthly maintenance and service of your store (adding and removing products, general changes, settings) by choosing the service package with the corresponding cost in addition to the subscription you have chosen and which concerns the hosting, the domain and the technical support of its infrastructure.
- We are not responsible for the sample themes that you import, plugins that you install and their smooth operation and the smooth operation between plugins.
- Consult technical support to suggest and add new themes or install plugins by submitting a ticket request from your account panel during registration.
- In the case of overdue subscriptions, the maximum retention period for eshop or website files is 3 months without notice.
